New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless mcw live explicitly permits it.
• If any fraudulent activity is found on an account, the bonus funds along with deposited amounts may be forfeited.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular activity and overall participation on the platform. mcw live reserves the right to suspend or cancel any member's VIP benefits for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations.

Cashback is calculated for each full calendar week and credited directly to the account. The cashback amount is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss for that week, which is the total losses minus total winnings for the period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw live platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using a deliberately false identity or false information.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system fraudulently, such as claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or payment method.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and mcw live reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in that account.
